As of today, 109 golfers have signed up for the Snowbird/Snowflake Open this Saturday. The tournament features the usual A/B/C/D scramble, but this year it will be held on Tavern Creek. Even though Tavern Creek is considered by many as a tougher course than Lewis & Clark, the smart money is on scores going lower this year with the venue change.
The only thing that can put in a significant dent in that logic would be "interesting" pin placements. Although Director of golf operations, Joe Schwent, would not divulge any information with respect to the course set up, he did guarantee that we'd all play more golf this year than in last year's tournament (6 holes).
Sign up for the tournament ends today (you can sign up in the events tab within ForeTees or call the pro shop).

I'm not sure how yet but I'm quite certain this change will favor Raj. I will continue studying it.
